Study abroad is an integral part of our undergraduate curriculum. Students who study abroad gain first-hand experience of the customs and conditions in other countries, and are better equipped to understand and navigate cross-cultural interactions.
The Department of Modern Languages and Cultures (MLC) houses several study abroad programs:
- Arezzo, Italy
- Berlin, Germany
- Granada, Spain
- Procida, Italy
- Quito, Ecuador
- Rennes, France
- Seoul, Korea
- St. Petersburg, Russia
Students can also intern abroad for the summer through programs offered by the Educational Programmes Abroad (EPA) or study abroad for a semester, summer or year through the Center for Education Abroad.
Students looking to study abroad in the non-MLC program should speak to an education abroad advisor to determine how and if they can get credit for classes taken abroad.
