Department of Biology Annual Fall Retreat

On October 18, 2016 the Department of Biology held our annual Fall Retreat at the gorgeous Bristol Harbour Resort in Canandaigua, NY. Lush foliage, hiking trails, and wineries enchanted our faculty, students, and staff. Keynote speakers were Dr. Nitin Phadnis, University of Utah,"The checkpoints in speciation", and Dr. Russell DiGate, St. John’s University, “From Graduate Student to Provost: an Academic Life”. The day concluded with a poster session and prizes.
