Elizabeth Mak

Elizabeth Mak is a Singapore-born NYC-based lighting, projection, and scenic designer. Regional designs include Tiny Houses (Cleveland Playhouse, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park); Bridges of Madison County (Philadelphia Theatre Company); The Phantom Tollbooth (Weston Playhouse); Cymbeline (Yale Repertory Theater); and The Square Root of Three Sisters (International Festival of Arts and Ideas). New York City designs include work with The Barrow Group, The Public Theater Under the Radar Festival, New Ohio Ice Factory, and IATI (2019 Latin ACE Award for Set Design). International designs include Nanyang: The Musical (Singapore International Festival of Arts) and Salomé: Woman of Valor (Vancouver Chutzpah Festival, Ashkenaz Toronto Festival). She is a resident designer with Albany Park Theater Project in Chicago, a graduate of Yale School of Drama, and a member of IATSE Local USA 829 and Wingspace Theatrical Design. elizabethmak.com.
