Undergraduate Programs
Core Requirements
The basic structure of the majors provides every student with a set of core competencies that are presented in a series of three courses in the domain of public health plus a course in statistics and a course in either public health or medical ethics. All of these courses are being offered during the 2018-2019 academic year.
**Beginning in spring 2018: Students need to have completed two of the five Public Health General Core courses (PH 101, PH 102, PH 103, introductory STT course, and either PHL 228 or PHL 225) before they can declare a public health major.
