Transfer Credit
Review Process
Students must complete a Business Transfer/Study Abroad Course Submission Form to request the evaluation of transfer or study abroad (non-UR) courses for business subjects (ACC, BUS, CIS, ENT, FIN, LAW, MKT, and STR). A separate form is required for each course.
The submissions will be reviewed by the designated faculty track advisor. Students can expect to receive the evaluation results within 8 to 9 business days. It is advisable to begin this process as early as possible.
Once the course(s) have been reviewed and/or approved, an authorized department approver (an academic advisor in the undergraduate business program) will sign a course approval form and email it to the Registrar's Office at registrar@rochester.edu.
Please also refer to the business program’s policy on transfer credit provided below.
