Research Overview
My current research interests revolve around sleep in populations experiencing health disparities, particularly focusing on individuals who have had prenatal alcohol exposure and have been diagnosed with fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD). I am particularly interested in sleep architecture, disorders, and interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), especially for young adults with FASD.
