PhD, Princeton, 2012. . Political economy of development, South Asian politics, and applications of formal models to comparative politics and international relations. Current work includes a model of coordination in protests, a study of the effect of caste bias on policy outcomes in India, a model of the security dilemma in international relations, and a model of rational voting with social mobility. Teaches courses in comparative politics and political economy.
