Plutzik Reading Series welcomes Maud Casey

Maud CaseyThe Plutzik Reading Series welcomes Maud Casey on Thursday, November 19th, 2015. The reading will be held in the Welles-Brown Room, Rush Rhees Library at 5:00pm.

Maud Casey is the author of three novels, The Shape of Things to Come, a New York TimesNotable Book, Genealogy, and The Man Who Walked Away; and a collection of stories,Drastic. She is the recipient of a 2015 Guggenheim Fellowship, the Calvino Prize and international residency fellowships including most recently BAU Institute at Camargo, Dora Maar House and the Passa Porta residency at Villa Hellebosch. Casey teaches at the University of Maryland and lives in Washington, D.C.
