Annual Craig Owens Lecture presents "Gerard + Kelly"

In collaboration with Douglas Crimp from Visual and Cultural Studies at UR, URIPA is excited to bring in these artists doing some cutting edge work that has crossover with dance, theatre and art. They have been presenting their work, Timelining, weekly at the Guggenheim Museum in NYC.  They also recently received an emerging artist New York Dance and Performance (Bessie) award for their work Reusable Part/Endless Love, the work their workshop will be based upon, giving students an experience of this creative process, one that touches on gender and justice issues. Gerard + Kelly will return in February to present Reusable Part/Endless Love at Visual Studies Workshop as part of this split residency with The College at Brockport.
