National Water Dance

Genesee River

1500 dancers from across the country will come together to perform a site-specific dance at a river, a bay, a lake, the ocean, or any water site nearby. Students and faculty from UR, joined by community guest artists, join this national movement choir and perform their own pieces in honor of water. An array of dances ranging from improvisation, repertory, and premieres will comprise the hour-long celebration.
