Education

The PhotoROC Education Program

One of the key elements of our student and postdoctoral training program includes the promotion and training of more versatile and effective graduate students, who are prepared with both the technical and communications skills needed to participate in the scientific workforce. These research initiatives are connected to the PhotoROC research and technology themes.

PhotoROC Educational Activities

REU program. We have active REU programs at Columbia, U. Cincinnati, U. Illinois, U. Michigan, U. Southern California, and U. Rochester where undergraduates can apply to do summer research at one of the participating institutions. Students apply individually to each program, and request which faculty member they want to work with.
