Geomorphic and geophysical modeling studies suggest that S.E. Tibet has experience surface uplift due to lower crustal flow. Can we see lower crustal flow induced surface uplift recorded in the sedimentary basins of S.E. Tibet (Yunnan Province, China)? This project already has one field seasons worth of data and a river water elevation transect up the Lancang Jiang (Mekong River).
