You can still browse the tabs from the drop-down menu for an archive of events prior to Fall 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #999999;\">One of the key priorities to emerge from the department\u2019s 2021 <em>Days of Action<\/em> was the need to sustain department-wide discussion of how multifaceted topics of <em>diversity<\/em>, <em>equity<\/em>, and <em>inclusion<\/em> relate to our department, the chemistry field, STEM disciplines, and society. Toward this goal, the DEI-O Committee launched a continuing series of monthly Forums. These forums involve <b>interactive, guided discussions<\/b> based on <b>articles, films, podcasts, guest speakers, and\/or other media shared in the 1\u20132 weeks prior to each forum<\/b>.\u00a0These forums are <strong>open to all<\/strong> in our department community\u2013<strong>including undergraduates, graduate students, postdocs, staff, and faculty<\/strong>. In the spirit of <em>Meliora<\/em>, we hope that these forums will promote departmental conversations, growth, and pursuit of excellence.
